Was reading about the impostor syndrome. I was just imagining that agreeing that you had the impostor syndrome must be the first step to understanding that you tend to downplay your own role in any achievements. A sort of "Aha, I have this syndrome. I must have won those awards all by myself (dawning realisation)"

or something like that...
